This is my another trip to this practice. As usual very happy. Very knowledgeable vet I could stay there for forever and listen about reptiles. Always taking good care of my bearded dragon. Very friendly and professional. Always recommend to anyone ❤️thank you for your help and care

100% recommend for rabbits incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Dental abscess removed successfully, Inigo was fantastic very patient, clear in his explanation of procedure, non judgemental. Super helpful even did a recording of the after care procedure as I nervous whether we were doing it correctly, very reassuring to have the footage to refer back to. Very good value for money nurse phone call the day after the procedure was invaluable, very helpful advice and very reassuring. Reception staff equally great, friendly and very understanding.

We visited here in unfortunate circumstances when my daughters mini bearded dragon was ill and we had to have him put to sleep. The staff were wonderful and compassionate and I would recommend them for your exotic pet needs.

My beautiful, and very typical greedy Labrador decided to swallow a chunk of rat poison…within half an hour, I had her at Ark veterinary surgery. They quickly responded to this emergency, and all is well. Had it not been for their rapid, no fuss response, the outcome could have been very different, and I’m very thankful for their professionalism in all regards.

Brought my blue tongue skink here a couple of months ago for stuck shed on his toe, the vet was absolutely amazing, very reassuring and saved his toe! Told me everything I'd need to know incase it happens again and made sure I left there 100% sorted. The receptionists were lovely too, very understanding when I was 10+ minutes late and got me straight in. Thank you so much to the whole team, exotic vets are hard to come by and I'm very grateful to have such a fantastic practice within driving distance

Inigo has been absolutely incredible caring for my tortoise Jack over the last 9 months. We could easily have lost him on several occasions but thanks to Inigo's attentiveness and help he's doing well. I can't thank him enough for the time and effort he's put into both the veterinary care he's given and the education we've had to look after him better. It's very clear how much he loves his job and has been a pleasure learning from him - an unexpected silver lining to having had a very sick pet! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the wider team. Thank you - Jack is back to his usual, chaotic, inquisitive self🙏🏼🙏🏼

Fergus was very poorly when we adopted him last year. The Ark at Killamarsh supported us in getting the husbandry right. We were newbies to raising a tortoise but with their guidance we now have a healthy little friend whom the whole family adores. The practice is a fair drive from our house, but the friendliness and support of an exotic vet is worth the drive!
