Poor experience when our dog was very poorly. We went back to a larger practice with scanning equipment for a proper diagnosis and more treatment options. Their recommendation had been to put him to sleep; he is now making a good recovery. Good for routine care but would not recommend for emergencies based on our experience.

They've taken such good care of our dogs, from sitting with them as one came round from anesthetic and helping the other over a fever most recently. The staff are always friendly and genuinely love animals. The best demonstration of how good they are is that they managed to give my greyhound his injection without him screaming about it (he's such a drama king...)

Saw our dog as an emergency appointment for the same day as we called. Our regular vet emailed over records as we were on holiday. The staff were very friendly. Our dog was given a full care package and we were given detailed advice. Reasonably priced.

Fab vets, really knowledgeable and have been so helpful over the years with our 2 dogs. Always a warm welcome and the vets are so friendly and reassuring . I do feel like they are reasonable and fair with pricing too.

I had adopted my kitten from Blue Cross. I had been given instructions in the pack to get the second vaccine done at Croft vets in Totley. I found a sister practice in Bolsover next to Morrisons. Don't bother with the satnav. Second vaccine done and logged on her online profile. Free via Blue Cross. Thank you

First time going to Croft vets. I was treated wonderfully. Everything was explained regarding the kittens!!! Exceptional service and genuine love for the animals.
