I totally agree with the past posts receptionist except for the young girl with tattoos are rude no compassion the prices are ridiculous. My dog was miss diagnosed wrong treatment that led him having to have blood transfusions he sadly passed away I believe he would still be here if he wasn't given the wrong medication.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone please keep your pets safe get a second opinion if you have any slight doubt. Or you could be without your pet like me.

These guys have been my horse vets and have now moved my small animals across (dogs and cats) as they are professional, kind and helpful. Great vets. Thank you!

I highly recommend this veterinarian! The prices are very affordable, and the care they provide is truly exceptional. They approach every animal with genuine kindness and attention, making both pets and owners feel comfortable and well taken care of. I have three cats under their regular care, and each visit confirms how professional and compassionate they are. A wonderful, trustworthy clinic with a warm and caring attitude!

A very unprofessional service. After the first vaccination, my cat was supposed to get the second one included in the price of the first. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had to pay again for the vaccination because I came later than 4 weeks. And who booked the appointment? The reception, of course. Be careful with such scams. The reception and the vet should have scheduled me at the proper time. I do not recommend this place.

My French bulldog Pablo, had BOAS surgery at green vets. I’m soo pleased with everything start to finish. Pablo is like a different dog since his surgery (for the better). Can’t thank them enough. The surgery was also a lot more affordable than a previous vets I had a consultation at aswell. I would have paid any price for where I felt best for him and that place was greens.

I was going to wait until our cat Star's treatment was finished but we have been so impressed with hers and our treatment I have to at least give opinions so far. We came here for a second opinion as our 11 year old cat had an ear hematoma and we had lost faith in the vet we have always used, its a large franchise and we didn't feel heard, it was always about money. We came to Greens and met the lovely vet Pete, he spent time talking us through the operation Star needed, he even drew us a picture! We booked her in for the operation and he carried it out the next day. Costs are not the most important but when you feel cared about and the costs are 50% less than you have been quoted then obviously you sit up and listen! We have been for 2 post op checks, both free of charge and last night Pete gave her a thorough check, hips, mouth etc. We have to go back all being well one final time next Thursday for stitches and drains out then all done I honestly cannot praise this practice enough from the lovely reception staff to the nurses to the vets we have met. I immediately registered my other cats here and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has beloved pets that want the very best treatment available.

This was our first visit. Would have been 5 stars, the vet Ana was lovely. The reception staff personality was none existent. The desk is so high when you walk in you can't see them, it needs to be smaller so that they can greet customers and animals. Not sure if they would manage this though as they didn't have any customer skills.

Can't fault this vets at all, another visit today rang in the morning and managed to get the same day. They did muzzle my pooch which he would never hurt a fly but I fully accept a vet wouldn't know this, much to my dogs disgust, he probably found that worse than the needle. The lovely vet gave lots of cuddles and treats after so they were friends again. I honestly wouldn't use any other vets now. Thankyou
