Not been impressed with service especially leaving staples after c section and histrecmory hernia repair gauze 4 moths later new owners have to take her another hernia procedure hernia back. Which i will mention this to vets.also our pups when going to new homes they have full check up as some goes for showing twice now the vet said jaws are all OK and bites and they have not been on a second opion . We spend a lot of money on our dogs and won't the best service I am disappointed with service .

Fantastic vet practice. The Drop-in works well and I’ve never waited longer than 25 mins to be seen, even when the place has been packed. All the staff are lovely and really take their time to listen and explain options to you - I’ve never felt rushed and I often have a lot of questions for them!! They are also superb at answering emails and/or WhatsApps - I usually get a response within a few hours and it’s saved me bringing my cats in several times. When they do need to see the vet or have medication, the prices are really reasonable. Thank you Hall Court for looking after me and my fur babies!!

We sadly had to let our little beloved dog go over the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago, the care & compassion that was shown to us every step of the way was second to none, Aimee walked us as a family through every step of the way, taking clippings of her fur and little footprints for each of us, we are beyond grateful for the care and compassion that was shown to us at such a sad time. We never felt rushed into a decision and we never felt judged. Thank you so much for looking after her.

We have been using Hall Court vets to look after our various Labrador's for 40 years, I think that speaks for itself alone, they have always been independent, caring thoughtful and have done the upmost for our dogs, especially this year with Maggie, who was seriously ill, they looked after my best 4 legged friend impeccably!

I am honestly devastated and extremely disappointed by the service I received this time. I’ve trusted Choice Hall Court with all my pets for years, and I always felt they were kind, transparent, and reliable. But after this visit, I no longer feel comfortable coming back. I brought in my three cats to be spayed. Only one ended up having the operation, and while I can accept that the other two may not have been in the right condition, I cannot accept the shocking and unexpected costs. One of the cats, who didn’t even have the surgery, was still charged £155. The one that did have the procedure was £260. What upset me the most was the situation with the blood tests. During the consultation, we declined the optional £30 blood test. Later, the vet called and said the test was actually necessary for them to assess whether they could continue with the surgery, so we agreed. On the phone, the staff member only said the blood test would be sent to the lab—no one warned us that this would cost £95. When I saw the bill, I was honestly shocked and felt completely blindsided. I trusted this clinic, and it feels like that trust has been broken by poor communication and unexpected charges. This whole experience has left me feeling upset, frustrated, and incredibly let down.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been taking my pets to Hall Court Veterinary Group’s Dinnington branch and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the level of care they provide truly feels like a five-star service. The vets are exceptionally knowledgeable and take the time to make sure both pets and owners feel at ease. While there can occasionally be a wait for appointments, it’s well worth it for the quality of service and attention you receive. I also really appreciate that they’re independently owned, so you don’t get the extortionate prices that often come with the large corporate veterinary chains like CVS. Hall Court Dinnington is a practice that genuinely puts pets first — and it shows. Special mention to Steph, who has incredible knowledge when it comes to travelling overseas with your pets; Amiée and Aoife for their calming presence and excellent expertise; Laura and Lynne, who are amazing nurses; and Zoe and Lauren, the fantastic reception team who always greet you with a smile.

It was very hard day today taking Buster to be put to sleep after being with us for 16 years 8 months. Sophie the receptionist was asked to help assist us. Sophie was very professional kind and caring a real credit to the surgery. Thank you Sophie and everyone else involved.

Been going to hall courts prior to Steph, we would never change I have had 3 dogs registered with these guys ( one sadly passed 6 years ago ) I have always found them friendly and caring , when my second boy needed emergency surgery, they could not do enough l, it saved his life, we found ourself in need of their care again 6 months ago with on going treatment, there is nobody else I would trust my babies either than Steph snd her team. Thanks yo especially Roxanne and Emily ( Amy stop making me cry, your so kind ) Steph you have an amazing team

Just taken my fur baby to the vets, I'd like to thank Laura she was helpful, patient and understanding.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, seemed to have time for me even though the surgery was extremely busy. Very professional and reassuring consultation, and felt as though she really cared for my dog. Overall, an outstanding experience very highly recommended
