I had a problem with my dog being sick during the night (1.00 am) blood in the vomit call the emergency vet service and they were able to see me straight away .. my dog was treated nearly straightaway on arrival .. good service … but I did find the charges very high ..

My partner & I (Garry Blackburn) visited yourselves on Tuesday night & had the worst experience ever, we came in with our heavily pregnant whippet (Wendy), she was loosing green discharge, your vet gave her an ultrasound scan & a protein injection, on asking how many pups there were & are they safe, her answer was she didn't know, we left feeling thoroughly upset & distressed by the lack of empathy & care, the next morning we rushed Wendy for emergency surgery to another vet may I add, she lost all 9 puppies, no amount of compensation will serfice yr negligence but rest assured we will take matters further to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else, we hold you fully responsible, Yours regretfully Mrs M Blackburn .

Got my dog through with a anti emetic and pain killer injection till I got him to my own vet 1st thing in morning but found very expensive but needs must thankfully he is now fine

Overall the experience was fantastic, the vet was really knowledgable and put my mind at ease. The only issue I have is with the receptionist. She repeatedly got my dogs name wrong, left me stood outside when I buzzed the door thinking I was still en route(?) and very much had the attitude ‘it’s because the dogs old’. She doesn’t know my dog at all and doesn’t know that she may be older but she’s very much young in the mind. And to keep calling my dog by my name was just ridiculous when I’d specifically asked which name are you wanting. Everything else apart from her was easy and very pleasant and I thoroughly recommend.

We had a good experience with vets now they were super quick and efficient seeing our cat Smokey, he was given the appropriate medication. Really expensive but what you expect at an emergency vets.

Well my dog was been having to many fits within too 2 days on and off .so I rung the vets for pets up the lady I spoke to needs to be more helpful due to the stress I was going though to get the right help for my dog . It's a very costly trip cost me £374 pound lookly he got insured so I get it back .the service was very slow treating my dog

We had to arrange an Emergancy appointment on New Year’s day. The vets were informative, compassionate and cared for our dog through the night. My dog made a speed recovery. Thank you.

Having called the out of hours service I was able to take my dog straight away to the PDSA on Newhall road. Arriving there the staff were already aware I was coming and had all the relevant details. The parking is easy access and the entrance is disabled friendly. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Every thing they had to do was fully explained and I would highly recommend the service.
