Will edit and update a few months from now. Not sure how I'm feeling about this vets. We've recently moved and had to switch here. Our previous vets are still on the ball and sending me texts when to administer wormers and when my dog is due vaccines but I've had radio silence from white cross since I signed up to their pet plan about 6 months ago. It also seems very pricey. My dog has frequent utis, our previous vet was charging around £100 for these with diagnosis and tablets. In this vets it came to £185, almost double. The pet plan contract has increased in price already too. The vets themselves seem nice, had no issues face to face.

I can’t thank these enough for the incredible care they’ve given to my dog. From the moment we walked through the door, the whole team has been nothing short of amazing. They not only handled her emergency surgery with professionalism and compassion, but they’ve also continued to provide wonderful care ever since. It’s clear that everyone there genuinely loves animals — they treated Millie as if she were their own, keeping me informed, reassured, and confident that she was in the best possible hands. The vets and nurses are knowledgeable, patient, and always take the time to explain everything clearly. Millie is thriving now, and I know that’s thanks to the dedication and kindness of this wonderful team. I’m so grateful to have found a practice that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy, and skilled veterinary professionals

I was with this vets practice for just over a year, changed as it was a 20 mile round trip for me and my pets so the journey could be stressful especially at busy times. I have always found them all, from the receptionists, nurses and vets, to be professional, kind, caring and friendly. I signed up to their pet plan which has some great offers. Would definately recommend them.

Great vets lovely friendly atmosphere, easy to make appointments and to get his medication ordered. We were late at our last appointment but still we’re seen and my cat really enjoyed getting treats.
